I see right through your trickonology.
On a more serious note, have you noticed that you never see Boo Boo Bear and Sandy Berners at the same time? Next time you see one of them talking, close your eyes and imagine seeing the other.
Proof that starting life by stealing pick-a-nick baskets can escalate to stealing people’s incomes.
Mr. Ranger, Sir, you were too easy on crime.
We must deal with the problem of pick-a-nick basket inequality. If Yogia Bear had a free college education, he would not have to steal from tourists. He could have gone on to play baseball with the Yankees.
Free college is only a first step. Once we have a single payer for colleges, we should pay each of the students for each class they take… and in the spirit of income equality, each student should get as much as each professor does.
Impractical? Of course not. We should not limit ourselves to copying Europe when we can go the full Zimbabwe where at the start of President Obama’s first time, each resident was a billionaire.

I can’t believe that this is the 21st century and government health insurance doesn’t cover pets. Dogs and cats are just as important as our children, and in some ways more important.
Feel the Bern 🙂
At the 1968 Democratic Party Convention, Hubert Humphrey had won 2% of the popular vote in primaries, but was nominated by the party leadership. Anti war candidate Eugene McCarthy dominated the primaries.

In part, the reason for the turmoil was the assassination of Robert Kennedy by Sirhan Sirhan, a Palestinian Christian irate over Kennedy’s support for Israel.
Rush pointed out today that despite losing 60-38%, Hillary received more delegates pledged to her. Millennials are about to lose their virginity.
Despite that, Bernie was smart to join her political party. If he had remained independent, he would have found even more obstacles that the incumbents use to protect their access to American taxpayer money.
Here is a question to the readers, which came first, Bernie joining the Democrat party, or Cruz renouncing his Canadian citizenship?
I look forward to the Diane Rehm question resurfacing in different forms. Do you think Benjamin Netanyahu supports Bernie?

Sirhan Sirhan was just denied parole again

Keeping him in prison won’t bring RFK back
It’s the insiders again. If he had shot your or me, he would have been out on parole decades ago. There are people that have killed more people than he did that are out on parole, but the victims were not government insiders.
It’s interesting that the guy who wants him freed was RFK’s labor union liaison, yet people think Sirhan Sirhan worked for the Mob, who wanted the Kennedy brothers dead.
Interesting that there are two people with Cuban connections still standing in the primary.
Carly is gone. There goes the 6th fleet!
There is no way Hillary loses. The DNC changed the rules years ago so that the Super Delegates control the nomination. They have no restrictions or rules so whoever buys them gets the nod.
I feel for the voters. A complete waste of time in any Dem primary.
After Trump leaves the race, get ready for Jeb Bush. You can win a small primary like New Hampshire on enthusiasm, but Super Tuesday requires a big organization – volunteers, an army of surrogate spokespeople, a coordinate media blitz, etc
Kasich being #2 did not surprise me. People who use the term RINO don’t understand that evangelical Christians are the newcomers, mostly former Democrats from the South. Kasich is not a member of that party. To survive in Ohio, he had to coexist with people who like labor unions and government programs. New Hampshire is demographically very different than Ohio. New England is dominated by people of English ancestry, while in most of the rest of the country the majority of white people have German or Italian ancestory. Not many Cubans or Hispanics live in New Hampshire. New Hampshire people attend episcopalian churches, don’t like war and don’t care if you want to smoke pot or have an abortion.
WBZ in Boston really irritated me – multiple times, they said “and now the race moves on to the Carolinas”. North Carolina is significantly different than South Carolina, and our primary is not until mid March.

Not all New Englanders are wicked smart. Some are even wusses. 😉
The fat gay is singing
Watched the entire Bernie and Hillary show on Thursday night. Judy Woodruff and Gwen Ifill mostly abandoned the format and let Bernie and Hillary do a back and forth – like a colloquy on the Senate floor rather than a debate.
Bernie totally missed several softballs lobbed to him. When asked for an American and foreigner who inspire him politically, he picked FDR and Churchill. His supporters don’t even remember Ronald Reagan, let alone people from the 1940s. He couldn’t reconcile his support for socialism with the evil communist regimes in Cuba, China and Cambodia.
Hillary was on her game. She made eye contact with Sanders and listened carefully to his answers. Being copresident for 8 years and Secretary means she was there and knows things. While I’m sure she rehearsed, she isn’t robotic like Rubio and easily went off script based on direct knowledge, not memorized talking points. Her age hasn’t caught up with her yet.
Bernie is going to lose South Carolina big time. Nobody is going to admit this, but blacks are not going to support a Jewish president. The white college students supporting Bernie are more likely to not like Benjamin Netanyahu and his policies. He can’t duck that forever.
Bernie may win the socialist strongholds of Minnesota and Wisconsin along with Vermont – and maybe Maine, but not much more. The super delegates are solidly behind Hillary. Unless she withdraws, the race is over. Being indicted does not prevent a person running for office, nor should it. Barack Obama can make this issue go away in a one paragraph letter. All he has to say is that while her conduct was unfortunate, he grants her immunity from any potential criminal charges. The President is the decider. See: Jerry Ford and Richard Nixon
