More Mujahideen chickens come home to roost

NY Post story

Based on his age, I had speculated elsewhere that given the Chelsea bomber was born in 1988 in Afghanistan and his father later immigrated to the United States, that dad may have been a Mujahideen fighter who was granted a visa to the United States as a reward for helping the United States in Ronald Reagan’s fight to push the Soviet Union out of Afghanistan.

Almost at the end of the above story, it confirms my hunch.

Former Marine Johnathan Wagner, 26, said Mohammad Rahami once showed him a photo from his days as a mujahedeen fighter in Afghanistan in the ’90s.

β€œHe fought off the Russians,” Wagner said.

One of Reagan’s many mistakes, however his biggest blunder was foisting the Bushes on the American people, bigger than amnesty. But history tends to repeat itself over and over again. In Rome, after 40 somewhat years of Pax Romana and progress, Augustus chose Tiberius, a worthless son of Livia, who brought in Caligula…and the rest is history.

It seems we learn nothing from history.

Reagan was human, but definitely a cut above so many others. Bush? So much potential and yet – so much disappointment.

Yale – isn’t the mascot or something an ELI? All letters taken from the phrase “Liberal Progressive”.
