The FindAnISP days

Last night, I was showing a dear friend what FindAnISP.com looked like (it has been dead for at least 10 years).

Archive.org tries to capture copies of everthing and still has copies. So lets turn back Mr Peabody’s wayback machine to FindAnISP from 2004. If you look at the top, they have snapshots going back to 1999


Of special interest are the Internet Radio link and the quiz from 1997 to test if you are ready to leave AOL

However, aspects of the site are snapshots, not a live website. No matter how hard you try, you won’t be able to bring back 2400 bps dialup internet.
