Romney: We need to arm the Syrian resistance

So now what does the Nobel Peace Prize Winning President of the United States do – John McCain demands war!   John McCain believes strongly in the US Constitution, especially the part about our responsibility to intervene in the internal politics of countries on the opposite side of the world.

Once we arm the resistance, it’s just a matter of time until the killing stops and peace breaks out!

If only life was that easy. The middle eastern tribes have been fighting and killing each other since the dawn of history. To think it would stop now is, at best, naieve. This is a no-win set of circumstances and no matter what you do, you can find someone who is upset with it.

Syria massacred hundreds of innocent people for whatever reason and the human conscience demands action. Bashar Assad is no friend of the US and it is unlikely any Syrian is. Maybe we drop a hundred thousand guns with ammunition in the middle of Syria and let the strongest and cagiest survive.

Definitely agree we have no friend in any Arab-Muslim countries. We should just arm both sides and let them do what they have been doing for the last 15 centuries. That way the’d be busy killing each other to think of killing anyone else.
