| Michael Medved should be off conservative talk radio. I consider Medved a democrat and should be on progressive radio. Medved is the one person on the radio that sounds like fingernails on a chalkboard. The nasal sound of his voice and his arrogant, liberal attitude is repulsive. Medved's a turn off. | ||||||

| I've been listening to Michael since day ONE! His show has ALWAYS been good. If it IS possible he's gotten better over the years, than he's done it. He always has great topics & guests! He is not afraid to confront gov. officials & policies. I can trust Michael to present all his arguements truthfully & fairly. He is ALWAYS entertaining & has NO problem admitting his faith on air & defends it. That means a lot to me personally. His sense of humor is subtle enough as to be very funny & appropriate. Timing is everything! I love the fact that he stands behind the Iraq war unappologetically, & yet he WILL express critisizm when needed. I REALLY, REALLY love Michael ripping graffiti vandels & the "homeless". I CAN'T forget to give props for the "Islamic Looney Toons"!! Outrageously funny & courageous. I LOVE "caller of the week". Don't ever suspend that! Michael is a patriot with a good moral compass. I would say the best bragging rite, IF I could narrow it down, would be the unparalleled encouragement of callers of opposing views. They go to the head of the line, for pete's sake! Michael never bashes "gays". He is always respectful. Michael recognizes that the Republican party needs EVERYONE. He dedicates Thursdays to disagreeing callers & once a month has "conspiracy day". MOST hosts hide from such calls. Michael has ingeniously works it in! Even when Michael loses his cool, it's entertaining, & RARE! I love when he has his wife, Diane Medved on. I especially love their Halloween special. I'm glad he relented on the cell-phone issue, after all, it IS the twenty-first century. I LOVE his personal stories! Sometimes I say, "Hey! I've done that too,". He is thoughtful enough to give Rush his props, even though I believe Michael may have MORE listeners someday soon. I love when he briefly comments on what Rush closed with on any given day. I'm sitting here trying to thing of something NEGATIVE to say, but it's hard. Oh, here it is. The "Sasquach" issue. Michael!Michael!Michael! PLEASE snap back to reality!!(Just kidding. Or AM I?). I've been through a LOT over the years. There have been times when I couldn't find the strength to go to work driving my semi-truck. But I knew Michael was going to be on the air & I pressed on. The divorce years go depressed me & although Michael didn't know it, he was right there with me. I still need to get "Right Turns". That's next. God bless you Michael Medved! | ||||||

| The man knows everything about every topic. A caller can talk about anything they wish, and Medved knows the who/what/when/where & why including historical context of the issue, without prior preperation for the discussion. The man is brilliant, even when he disagrees with me. | ||||||

| Like other conservative talk show hosts, Michael Medved is intelligent, articulate, and well informed on the issues. Unlike most talk shows, his is not an "amen corner", ie. Medved actively seeks disagreeing callers for thoughtful discussion and, with very rare exception, will not shout them down or cut them off. His third hour Friday includes movie reviews, along with the "call of the week". Very informative and entertaining. Four stars ****! | ||||||

| Michael Medved is probably the most considerate, patient, and well informed talk show hosts on the air. He is so well grounded in historical fact he courageously and patiently takes on the most ignorant or brilliant and insufferable opposition callers. A person who argues the facts with great honesty and integrity. | ||||||

| The man is either beyond brilliant or he is getting a lot of staff support on the air. One of my aspirations is to find a point of disagreement and call him up and make it stick. That would be like hitting a homerun in the bottom of the 9th to win the game. My biggest disagreement is that he lets some really stupid people talk too long--but there is even some prespective in that. | Michael Medved is only a social conservative. His political and fiscal views are very liberal. He is for open borders and illegal immigration which goes along with his 'big business' pro capitalism, pro corporate thinking. Maybe he doesn't get it, but the (3) giants that are killing America are the government/corporate/media complex. He doesn't understand the attack on middle America because he isn't one. He has a big salary and he's in it for himself. He concentrates on Islamofacism and Isreal because he is Jewish, but fails to acknowledge the fact that most of the southwestern United States has been taken over by Mexico as a result of open borders, LaRaza, the 'reconquista', Aztlan etc. He's too stupid to understand that he's losing his country, but because he makes big bucks and life is good for him, he's too myopic to see it as a threat to our nation. He has the mentality that open borders doesn't directly affect his cushy day-to-day lifestyle, so it's a non-issue. He made a really stupid comment several months ago that I couldn't believe. He was on a talking road tour and was driving through Ohio(?). I am not quoting him, but he said something to the affect that, 'I was driving through the countryside of Ohio(?) to the airport and I was amazed at all the open territory. I see plenty of room for more immigrants. Whether you know it or not, this is a really big country with lots of room for more people'. I was shocked at his ignorance! Countryside that is owned by local farmers that cannot make a living and slowly being bought up by huge corporate agricultural giants. I know. I was raised on a dairy farm in Minnesota. The salt-of-the-earth family farm cannot make a living any longer. He thinks the contryside looks pretty. I know the ugliness. Family farms living in poverty, going broke and losing the land their ancestors settled 100 years ago! What a disgrace! He knows nothing about our economy and spews economic ignorance touting the virtues of large corporations. He sees the Mexican illegal immigrants as serfs and he on the top of the heap. I have listened to Michael Medved for about (8) years. In my educated opinion, he is all about himself, money and corporate tyranny. He is rude, insulting and humiliates his callers. He does not listen to his callers and completely twists what they are trying to say without retort. I have written to my local radio station twice in the past few years in regard to my grievances with no response. His movie reviews are mediocre and I don't necessarily consider them conservative. | I am a new and big fan of Micheal Medved now. Really got on the bandwagon since he is one of the only that is being fair to Mike Huckabee in regards to distortion and how the others are not being fair. He predicted the succcess in the IA Caucuses. Listen to MM if you really like to learn more social issues and good critical thought on issues. Also does movie reviews, which is nice. | ||||||

| Used to believe, in picking the also-placed in talk radio's intellectual and moral-integrity stakes, that Mr Medved rated number two behind only the irrepressible and mercurial Doctor Savage. But Mr Medved's comprehensively wrong position on the effects of and what needs to be done about the federal government incited, encouraged and facilitated criminal alien invasion that has already seen huge areas of our nation's cities reduced to third world H*ll-hole status and which threatens the very rule of law upon whose principle our beloved fraternal republic is founded and upon whose rock it stands forces me to revise my estimate. Despite that the security of our sovereign borders is essential to our success in the Civilizational World War in which we are engaged, Mr Medved's position on what he and the others who occupy his position on the ongoing criminal alien invasion of America and its increasingly hostile colonization like to call the "immigration" problem is so dangerously and one suspects willfully ignorant of the risks inherent and so contributes to the destruction of our nation's future as to have effectively moved Mr Medved beyond the pale. From the "conservative" commentator camp to that occupied by the left's most dangerous loonies. And what's his beef with Joseph Farah and Lou Dobbs? It's pathological. | The intellectual in Michael Medved (and his recovery from liberalism) allows him to argue effectively with opposing viewpoints. He often leaves callers, and sometimes guests, stumbling over their words because of his ability to get his own view across. If you disagree with him, he makes you rethink your arguments by presenting his own. If you agree with him, he lets you see it from different perspectives and has you agreeing with him even more! | ||||||

| Michael Medved is one of the most well informed, best prepared, and sharp witted talk show personalities in the business. Medved regularly invites guests and callers who dissagree with him. This is quite a contrast to many other shows where guests and callers of primarily similiar viewpoints are represented. Also the issues are actually engaged and explored much more seriously than on most other talk shows. Some of the most interesting exchanges I have heard between liberals and conservatives have taken place on the Michael Medved Show. In Summation, The Michael Medved Show deserves exceptionally high ratings for great content, in-depth analysis, and bravado performance. | ||||||

| I rated the 'Knowledge' category a 10 because of all the shows I listen to, Medfed is by far the most knowledgeable on so many subjects. He uses his great memory and recall of facts to educate the listeners in a kind and sincere way. He displays a great deal of patience when talking with hostile callers and I believe this is one reason why his show gets so many adversarial callers. | I have a hard time beleiving any of the above ratings which fall below 7s on any of the given criteria... I have a strong inkling that these people just do not like hearing anything they disagree with... Medved is as intelligent and articulate a host you will find... he goes out of his way to allow for disagreement and it is very impressive (and frankly inspiring) to hear him deal with verbal assaults without losing his cool and without cutting people off. I am a recent college grad, politically I consider myself undecided... but Michael Medved makes points and supports them with sturdy and bountiful explanations better than anyone I've heard. | Michael Medved is extremely well read and is very intelligent. He has Disagreement Day where anyone can call in and tell him what they disagree with him about. He encourages debate and apposing points of view. It is interesting and thought provoking. Mr. Medved is well prepared and treats his guests with respect. He even let's total NUT jobs on the show as his argument is that he will give them the rope that they may hang themselves with. Medved encourages moral behavior and self examination. He has in-depth knowledge about the Israeli/Palestinian conflict as well as inside info as his brother lives in Israel. | ||||||

| I've listened to Michael Medved for over two years, and I have yet to find another host that is as knowledgeable on such a broad range of topics. His points of views are well thought out, and he articulates them flawlessly. The vast majority of callers that make it on air have an opposing point of view, which lends tremendous credibility and authenticity to the show-and to Medved himself. I'm sure its very tempting to give your opinion for an hour and only take the "easy" callers who agree with you or have shallow disagreements. Medved regularly goes against the grain by taking callers who do not agree with him. His show should be the rule in talk radio, instead of the exeption. | ||||||

| I love that Medved specifically wants callers that challenge his view point. He has a complete mastery of multiple subjects and he obviously works very hard at preparing for his show. | MM is a very smart and thoughtful host that encourages opposing view and honest debate. He has been a spectator of politics for a long time and knows his history and background in diverse subject matter. He rarely steps onto his soap box for extended periods. The only down side is only 3 topics per show, that is one per hour. There are a greater number of issues he should speak on to keep his audience informed. | ||||||

| Michael Medved is what I would consider a mix between Phil Hendrie and Rush Limbaugh. While he himself is very measured in his own words and expression, this show has a bit on an edge - as Medved seems to go out of his way to provide a forum for freaks and conspiracy theorists. | Medved never questions himself, or prefaces a statement if he is unsure of something; he just presents it as absolute fact. Many times he is wrong or greatly exaggerates thus weakening his overall credibility. He often has very strong if not radical right wing views and I find it hilarious that anyone can take him seriously. I am a conservative and although I have basic agreement with him on Iraq and immigration, I find this program more entertaining as a train wreck rather than an insightful debate of current events. | ||||||

| I appreciate that Michael doesn't waste 90 seconds after each break playing pointless bumper music repeating the host's name (Yes, Glenn Beck, that was a shot at you!) - but gets straight to the topic. | Michael is the living model of "show preparation" - when a guest arrives, Michael already knows both sides of any argument, and has a mastery of facts. In fact, it is more than show prep - which implies a temporary knowledge like cramming for an exam - Michael has "life preparation". He just knows many detailed facts about most topics.
