DC apparently only has one licensed gun dealer (who is an anti-gun activist) and the DC government has said they will use zoning laws to prevent anyone from opening a gun store. I wonder if it is legal for a gun store to operate from a building owned by the Federal Government so a DC resident can legally transfer the ownership of their gun from another state to DC.
