Rusty did get Malcolm to bristle when he asked Malcolm for the Israeli perspective on the events in Georgia. Malcolm is "speaking as an American only" today. That's quite different than when he appears on John Batchelor's show. Malcolm arranged for John to visit Kazakhstan about 3 years ago and learn all about Caspian Sea oil and the importance of the pipeline through Georgia which was opening in 2005.
