When a doctor creates a fertilized embryo in a petri dish, and the parents die before the embryo is used, what should happen to the embryo?

Sell it on eBay
It becomes the property of the doctor
Let a priest make that decision
Contact parents' next of kin, let them decide.
Destroy it
Keep it frozen until someone can decide
Give it to the first redhead that asks for it
It's all up to God what to do
Sit it on the table and see how long if can survive on its own
Should we really be creating embryos in a patri dish? Really?
Put it up for adoption
Clone it to make a master race
Use it for stem cell research
The embryo becomes part of the parents estate, and the executor decides..
