Imagine that you are a doctor in India. Your pregnant patient wants to know if the child she is carrying is a female – as her family cannot afford a female child, and she will abort the girl and try for a boy instead. The sonogram shows the "fetus" is a healthy female.

What do you do now?

Inform her that is against the law to tell her that her child is a female *wink wink*
