Should Radio Stations have to pay music artists for playing their music?

No, the artists should pay me for listening to their music on free radio.
No, real artists don't work for money
Nobody should ever have to pay for music
Maybe radio should stop playing music for a year and see what happens

Most of that money would just go to non-US companies like Sony
