What is the correct way to "play the lottery responsibly?"

Don't play at all
Play only for fun and if you can afford to loose.
Don't sniff the silver powder from the scratch tickets
Only play if your mortgage is in foreclosure
Only spend the money you make from selling your food stamps
Who cares as long as it is "for the children"?
Don't play if you can't pay minimums on the credit cards
Dont scatch and drive.
Recycle the losing tickets
Don't play more than once a day
If you win, invest your money with Bernie Madoff
Only buy tickets in the state where you live
