White noise
The sound of my heart beating
The sounds of the big city
Lunesta + earplugs = sleep.
A news / talk radio station
Nothing - I keep the room quiet
The TV
I take a sleeping pill, and I'm "out"
Bill O'Reilly for the third time tonight
the oil burner burning oil
A music radio station
I put ear plugs in and listen to my heartbeat
The voices in my head
Music, but not from radio
crickets chirping outside my window
The snoring of the person next to me
The screaming of the lamb
That's none of your damn business
The ocasional redneck and his manly muffler.
