What is/was the purpose of S&H Green Stamps?
To get a free towel
To keep little kids busy pasting them into books
To make money for S&H
To put the red stamp people out of business
Competition to the 'Top Value' stamps.
To make people angry
Tax evasion
OMG, I haven't thought about them in 40 years
To pay your global warming Green carbon tax
To get people to shop in your store
I've never heard of S&H Green Stamps
I still have some of them somewhere
To offer discounts on merchandise
Acquire items that you wouldn't otherwise buy.
Who cares?
