He rushed toward the witness stand, and the US Marshall fired his gun 8 times. Eric Holder needs to check into that.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sltrib.com\/sltrib\/news\/56460798-78\/charges-angilau-prosecutors-case.html.csp\">More Background<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Information on the 2007 shootings is sketchy &#8211; one source says the US Marshals were killed, but there are no names on the US Marshal Hall of Fame.   The charges don&#8217;t seem to be that the punk shot the Marshals, just that his gang did.
