Nojay was accused of criminal fraud and withdrawing over a million dollars from a trust fund set aside to pay the architect designing a hospital in Jordon. He was due in Federal Court on Friday afternoon to face the charges.<\/p>\n

Instead, he texted his attorney and said he was going to commit suicide. He went to the family grave site where his brother is buried and headstones have been prepared for his parents. Someone notified the police and when the officer responded and was approaching him, Nojay pulled the trigger and that was that.
