As the Internet replaced CompuServ and AOL, the tools for so-called journalists improved until they were caught red handed all coordinating their actions on a private mailing list called JournoList<\/a><\/p>\n The way this works is the White House wants to build public support for military action or new government spending and targets a date. Reporters research the subject and have their tear jerking stories and pictures all ready to go to support the story the White House wants spun. All of the news outlets dump their “independent” news story the same day – before the President (or Chuck Schumer) gives a speech proposing something that needs to be done (like killing Qaddafi in Libya to restore the Libyan Monarchy to power)<\/p>\n Well, this weekend’s story that is popping up everywhere is the plight of forced marriages around the world.
