Yesterday, I noticed an interesting possibility &#8211; the unpretentious <a href=\"http:\/\/babushkaspierogi.com\/\">Babushka Pierogi European restaurant<\/a> in Pineville North Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>The King had Hungarian goulash with mashed potatoes and bread, and the Countess had a Polish assortment with kielbasa, stuffed cabbage, pierogos, and braised cabbage (with sharing) &#8211; washed down with refreshing cold <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kompot\">kompot<\/a>, a fruity drink made from cooking fruits and adding sugar.  It was a very pleasant meal, unlike anything since I arrived here 3 1\/2 years ago.   Charlotte is more than just a place to eat fried chicken, grits and tater tots.  The changes here are not just &#8220;Yankees&#8221; moving in, but people from Asia, Eastern Europe, Central America, Africa, and elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p>After the meal, we indulged in these tasty treats<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/streamingradioguide.com\/startingover\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_2383-e1494208925309.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/streamingradioguide.com\/startingover\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_2383-460x600.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"460\" height=\"600\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-18779\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Any questions?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The wife and I finished unloading the dowry into the castle, and celebrated with dinner out.
