The city says Jaiyeoba has more than 25 years of planning industry experience in the public and private sectors.  He worked most recently for HNTB Corp. as associate vice president\/regional business development leader for its Southeast Division. He\u2019s lived in Charlotte since 2015.<\/p>\n<p>HNTB Corp is the engineering firm that designed the $1.7 billion Lynx Light Rail Extension and the parking garage at the airport.   In the past week, the new City Council has approved at least three new large developments.
