If you missed the Glenn Beck show on Friday<\/span>, it started with Pat Gray announcing that Glenn was running late…\u00a0 as the show went on… Glenn would be arriving soon…\u00a0\u00a0 any minute now….\u00a0\u00a0 Glenn never showed up<\/span>, and there was no explanation.<\/p>\n

It could just have been Pat trying to retain an audience, knowing that Glenn would not be doing the show.\u00a0\u00a0 As a radio professional, Pat is highly trained in “teasing”<\/span> an audience to say something is coming up soon, and dragging it out for three hours.<\/p>\n

Assuming something is really going on, I’ll lay out the crumbs that I know about…. maybe you have a few clues as well…<\/p>\n

– Before leaving for Israel, Beck made the statement several times that the Restoring Courage rally is going to cost $10 million that he doesn’t have the money<\/span>, and he is counting on God to solve that problem<\/p>\n

– Earlier in the week (Tuesday?) he mentioned things were going, on and he might not be on the show on Thursday, but he wouldn’t know for sure until Thursday.<\/p>\n

– Glenn’s rally has picked up opposition<\/span> within Israel, both from the Arabs in the government and from the leftists<\/span> (which is a sizable part of the people who live in Israel)<\/p>\n

– 7 or 8 people were killed on a bus attack<\/span> near the border between Gaza and Egypt, and as a result rockets have been flying and Israeli planes have been retalitating<\/p>\n

– Thursday, Glenn found out that most of the Congress people<\/span> (and Joe Lieberman) are backing out of attending, <\/span>blaming it on John Boehner for not allowing a private group to pay for the trip to Israel on “ethics” grounds.<\/p>\n

My two leading theories are that there was a credible threat<\/span> against Beck and his security people has him in hiding……\u00a0\u00a0 my other theory is the government of Israel wants to know why their expense check bounced<\/span>, and Glenn is calling up God on the phone to get a wire transfer arranged<\/p>\n
