Let’s say hypothetically, 10 years from now – long after Barack Obama has retired and goes back to writing books – a future President or military leader seizes control of the Government, dissolves Congress and imposes martial law to deal with a “crisis”.<\/p>\n
Would you actively resist it?\u00a0\u00a0 Would you passively oppose it?\u00a0 Would you try to get “on the inside” and destroy the dictatorship?\u00a0 Would you just hide and protect yourself until it blows over?\u00a0 Would you “support the military” and join in protecting the “country”?<\/p>\n
Glenn Beck and Michael Savage lately have both been stirring up anti-German hatred based on the notion that Germans are genetically evil by their nature.\u00a0 This is the most offensive type of racism there is – but because of what Hitler did during his reign, it is now permitted to engage in German stereotypes, applying them to people 3 generations removed from the people who did the terrible things under Hitler.<\/p>\n
What would you have done if you were 17 years old growing up in Germany as Hitler came to power?\u00a0 Would you have joined the resistance to Hitler?<\/p>\n
