33 year old Nordine Amrani opened up on a crowd waiting at a bus depot in Liege Belgium. He had served time in prison on drug charges. The gun used was a Belgium made automatic rifle capable of firing at 700 rounds per minute.<\/p>\n
He was well known to police for his gun collection, and had 2,800 cannibus (Marijuana) plants growing at his home. He was on his way to a meeting to be questioned by police. At the end of the shooting, he put a handgun to his head and killed himself.<\/p>\n
The Telegraph points out (accurately) that this has received little attention in the United States.<\/p>\n
Belgium officials have declared this was not a terrorist attack.<\/p>\n
