The two men in the white pickup truck are friends – the older man Alvin Watts (32) was a friend of the younger man (Jake England\u00a0 – age 19) and his father.\u00a0\u00a0 The details are a bit sketchy and again the national media are crafting a narrative that may not be related to the facts as they deliberately obfuscate relevant facts.<\/p>\n
Two years ago, Jake England’s father (Carl England) was killed by a black man.\u00a0 His daughter (Jake’s sister?) had started living with a man named Damien Neal in the “black” part of Tulsa in a public housing complex.\u00a0\u00a0 Jake England went to where they lived and got involved in an argument with one Percell Jefferson, an ex-felon who had been banned from the complex who was not allowed to own a gun.\u00a0\u00a0 Jefferson was trying to break into their house, and Percell shot and killed Jake England and was arrested and convicted of merely “feloniously pointing a firearm”. \u00a0 Alvin’s brother Gene was present during the altercation and saw Carl England killed.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (was Percell “standing his ground?”)<\/p>\n
The “rampage” in Tulsa was the second anniversary of that fatal shooting.<\/p>\n
