Almost no local talkers have any traction here.   My theory was it was snowbirds who wanted to keep listening to her when they went North for the summer.<\/p>\n<p>Then with no warning, she took a job at Clear Channel owned WHAS-AM in Louisville Kentucky.   She went from being a smart thoughtful political commentator to talking to women about their banana cake recipes and the 4H booth at the county fair.<\/p>\n<p>She&#8217;s moving on to KHOW-AM in Denver, the mile high city.  I think she&#8217;s a woman who might be able to pull off doing national syndication.
