It was just on the news&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>The prediction was that Obama and Holder would open the gates of the Federal prison, citing the fact that the large proportion of people in prison are black males (not that they committed crimes against their black neighbors).  It has to be racism.<\/p>\n<p>The second part (not yet announced) is we will then need a program to rehabilitate all those angry black men when they are released &#8211; something along the lines of a Youth Corps to train young black men to eventually be part of the promised internal security force.
