It is not fair that there is not universal access to Disney World. Many Americans will only be able to see Space Moutain looking through the fences that keep them out.<\/p>\n
This is my analogy for the affordable care act.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n As of today, the gatekeeper at Disney World is gone. \u00a0You do not need to purchase a pass to enter the park. \u00a0Since you can come and go as you please, you cannot be thrown out of the park.<\/p>\n So if you are a pick pocket or want to spray paint the walls, come right in. \u00a0Since \u00a0the front gate has no limit on how many people may come in, you may find that the lines to the rides get to be a bit long. \u00a0If you’re worried about being shot, don’t. \u00a0 There is a “no guns” warning at the front non-gate.<\/p>\n Feel free to abuse the employees and ignore their instructions. \u00a0 Ride the roller coaster without the restraint system in effect standing up – when you fly out of the roller coaster, \u00a0you can sue \u00a0Disney World for not protecting you.<\/span><\/p>\n Some of you right wing Koch Brother loving TEA party types are probably going to whine now about Disney Corp and their so-called “property rights”. \u00a0The collective cultural experience of Disney World is too important to be entrusted to a greedy, for profit corporation that doesn’t care about the poor. \u00a0 Don’t worry about them – capitalists are very good at finding new ways to make money. \u00a0 For instance, they could charge $100 a day for parking, and prohibit buses from dropping off people. \u00a0Riding the Monorail into the park could cost $20. \u00a0 Maybe they could even sell off some of their land to companies to build a dump for nuclear power waste. \u00a0Stop worrying.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" It is not fair that there is not universal access to Disney World.
