It is obvious quickly it is not some random person with a cell phone – it is a camera with mechanical zoom – the video carries a watermark of al Hurra – until today, I had not heard of them.<\/p>\n
They are a US Government propoganda agency that covers Congress and creates Arabic language news. They appeared to be covering one protestor upset with the government shutdown – the police in the video fire at the car after they initially hesitate… The car speeds off (high speed chase in DC is apparently 25 mph)<\/p>\n
The reports so far say the woman of unstated ethnic or religious background was carrying no ID and no weapon. The car was leased out of state. It’s blurry, but the license plate looks like it is from Illinois.<\/p>\n
