Because I’m making such an important change, it demands that I supply answers to all three of my security questions. It fails with an unexpected error.<\/p>\n
Figuring it might be a mismatch (are answers case sensitive?). I go back to my profile and it has my three security questions listed (without the answers). There is an [edit] button next to my questions and it gladly agrees to update my three security questions – WITHOUT having to answer any existing questions. The only thing I needed to change my security answers was to enter my password that I obviously know since I’m logged in.<\/p>\n
