Primus has ownership interests in 23 transoceanic fiber-optic cable systems in Europe, North and South America, and the Asia-Pacific region and offers internet and phone services in Canada, Australia and Brazil. The strong US dollar has hurt sales and their debt is demonimated in dollars.
