Would you pay $12,000 for a 16 week course to learn how to get a minimum wage job in an industry that has a very bleak employment future – given computer automation, syndicated programming and migration of the younger audience to iPods for music listening?   Would you do it if the money was “free” money given to you by the government, or a student loan that you never intend to pay back?

CSB has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection citing problems with  PNB (Pittsburgh National Bank)  which recently acquired failed National City Bank.
