I know Doug is one of those shows that gets shopped to multiple networks… will RA still carry him or not?
USRN is Dick Clark’s company– they do mostly music, I know that, in fact that was all they did before Dobbs.
According to Tom Taylor’s newsletter, Doug has been handling his own syndication – but it’s also true Radio America has him listed as one of their programs – I’m guessing it is sort of a reselling arrangment…. For the longest time, I was confused by Clark Howard and Neal Boortz – their show was clearly being produced by Cox (and mostly carried on Cox stations) but Jones Radio was handling the syndication… RA has the satellite space – that’s probably why they are involved currently. No idea if that changes in the future.
