So dog walkers are now called personal trainers, what a rackett!
Actually, I think that a dog’s personal trainer is actually a person who trains the dog to obey commands and behave. Somewhat like a nanny or daycare person does with many people’s children. And yes, this country is screwed up when middle to upper class individuals want the “perks” of family (kids, pets) but won’t take any of the responsibility involved.
People from all classes sire children and neglect taking resposibility for rearing them. If only we all truly believed that they are a gift from God. However, today it seems children are often a means to an end, or a status symbol.
