Changes to “testing”

The “Wrong Program” link now directly suppresses a listing rather than going through a process to identify what the actual program is.  The only requirement is that you’re a registered user and you haven’t hit the daily limit for too many updates.

In general, I expect to move away from the approach of systematic testing by volunteers and allowing any registered user to “fix” problems through a simple method.   This will mean more “incorrect corrections” (ie sporting event issues) and opens up the possibility of deliberate abuse, but the plan is that broader participation and a shorter learning curve will increase the overall accuracy and completeness of the data.
