Glenn Beck and “truth” – over on Alex Jones’s prison-planet.com, they point out (correctly) that Glenn has said things in the past very similar to what Debra Medina answered to his question – suggesting there are things that don’t make sense and the 9/11 commission was staffed by Clinton administration people who were motivated to cover up their role in hampering the CIA and FBI from sharing information.
Glenn painted himself in this box by painting Van Jones as a “truther”, as if being a revolutionary Marxist/Communist wasn’t enough. Also, Pat Gray and Stu have been steering Glenn away from conspiracy theories.. It’s unfortunate that Glenn Beck and Alex Jones are wasting energy beating up on each other while Goldman Sachs continues to fester.
Beck has spent radio time and tv time debunking conspiracy theories.
Especially Alex Jones and the “FEMA death camps”…
But I’ve been listening to Beck since before he went syndicated, not just since he moved to Fox and became “big”…. He was on the air locally here in New Haven CT on WELI before he signed with Preimier….
Here is the pointed question – does saying you think there should be another 9/11 commission to review the report of the first commission make a person a “9/11 truther”?
Considering the Commission was partly a CYA on the government. So I will have to say no, it does not make you a “truther”. Just like in the additional commissions looking into the JFK event makes you a believer that Oswald did not act alone. But when asked if I believe that the US government was involved in bring the towers down and that answer is not a NO. I put you in the same camp as the people who believe Elvis is alive, we never landed on the moon and people who say “what holocaust”?
