Ed Chen has been serving as head of the White House Correspondents Association, the group that decides how press conferences are run and which reporters are credentialed.
He is leaving to “do god’s work” protecting the enivornment. He had worked previously at the NDRC before joining Bloomberg. Before that, he worked for the LA Times
