NY Times reports on the U.S. Agency for International Development’s effort to build a road in Indonesia to help recover from the tsunami 5 years ago.
The last remaining piece is to complete a bridge across a river. The project has been delayed by the need to pay bribes and negotiate with the “former” terrorist Islamic groups that control that part of the country.

Morning Art, Merry Christmas. Who is behind RadioTime internet streaming? Gave them a shot but they were so disorganized and poorly maintained that I don’t waste my time with them any more.
