No, Trac phones don’t have Internet access. The web site specifically says they are not “Obama phones”.
However, it also says the service is not paid for by American Taxpayers, it comes from the Universal Service Fund, which gets its money from one of those fees on.your phone bill. See, it’s not a tax, it’s a Fee!
In CT, you get 64 minutes a month – I notice in the list of requirements, it says nothing about being a legal resident.
