Earlier today (Wednesday), someone submitted a poll idea of… if God forbid anything happens to Rush some day, what should happen to his show…. hopefully that’s still a theoretical question… Rush was taken to the Hospital at 2:40 Hawaiin time with chest pains and is in serious condition…. Keep your fingers crossed or whatever you think would be helpful.

No poll please. That’s almost ghoulish. Rush is not replaceable.
I’ll admit to wondering how the airwaves would change without him when I heard about his hospitalization, but it’s not something I want to contemplate for any length of time. Fortunately, reports now say “he is resting comfortably”. Didn’t he just get engaged?
It took Rush long enough to come around from promoting the back-slapping Jerry Ford republican (the go along to get along – meet ‘ya later for Scotch and Steaks losers) to actually expecting elected buffoons be held to their drivel. I’m more conerned about Beck’s safety than Rush.
I agree with that, including Beck’s ongoing references to suicide. Streaming stats are not necessarily parallel to over the air, but Beck has been outdrawing Rush for about 6 months, with only an exception if Rush has been in the news. Glenn saying he is #3 is way out of date…. I’m not even sure who he thinks is #2 – it definitely is not Hannity….Savage and INgraham are in the general ballpark..
