Ned Lamont showed up here to support the Union. Ned was elected in the Democratic Primary for U.S. Senate and ousted Joe Lieberman – who then run as an “Independent Democrat” backed by the State’s Republicans and Republican Governor – walking away from their own Republican candidate. (Lieberman won, of course)
I told Rasmussen I’m not a Republican, but I’ve been apathetic about going to town hall to change my registration. What’s the point of being a Republican when the state party abandons its own candidate?
