Supreme Court and Patents – from the tone of the discussion today, it sounds like the US Supreme Court may throw out the entire concept of a patent on a “business process”, and might even throw out all patents that don’t involve a tangible product (like a computer program)…
As a co-inventor of a software patent that I actively opposed, I can only say “Amen, it’s about time”
