Changing Quality Rating – if you think the quality rating is too high or too low after reading the Quality Definition, you will be offered the chance to increase or decrease the quality +/- 1 point IF you listened for at least 20 seconds, and the station has not been “tested” in the last week.

Keep in mind that a rating is not based on one person on one day – if you’re testing a stream at 3 AM, it may be perfectly fast and normal, but have serious performance issues during Rush Limbaugh when the server gets overloaded. Start from the assumption that the current rating is right, and don’t start from the premise that I’m stupid..
