Well, THAT was one of the most interesting Internet radio shows I’ve ever listened to: porn star Belladonna, with her husband and another porn star. I would repeat some of the topics of discussion, but I’m sure I need to stay in the PG-13 range here :)

I was just surfing around twitter and saw on an update from her that it was upcoming on her own site (I was surprised at how many porn stars are on twitter, most of them have XXX at the end of their name and they all follow each like a pack of.. ehh, I’ll be nice) Also added her to my follow list so I can know if the show is recurring or weekly or whatever.
There lies one of the big threats to”radio”. When content can’t be controlled by an FCC, or if a government tries to (like Canada’s domestic content laws) people will find what they want to find, which may not be a local host interviewing the mayor about the water plant. Whether that’s a good thing is a bit early to say, but public policy is decades behind.
Imagine if instead of creating a huge govt health care system, providers were required to publish prices of their common procedures and people comparison shopped. Costs would plummet overnight
New York’s been trying to do that.
Unfortunately, the public mindset is “insured is cheaper than uninsured” (never mind “insured” means “I got a bunch of other suckers to pay for it”). Thus, the federal government wants to increase the “sucker pool.”
Looks like this is every Monday night at 7PST
