What the heck is that?… in the spirit of making up the rules as they go along, Drudge has a news flash from Reuters that President Obama wants “supervisory colleges” to oversee global financial entities. The suggestion that the United States is going to be the regulator of the world’s economy will probably just hasten the day when the world says nyet to the U.S. Dollar

Apprently, “supervisory colleges” is a concept bouncing around the E.U. – some sort of an organization that could tell a country’s regulators what to do. I’m guessing “colleges” is a translation issue, probably some French term that doesn’t translate to anything in English, probably like a committee of experts without any actual real world experience or responsibilities
