Black Crow Media Group filed chapter 11 – they own about 25 stations (List) in Florida, Tennessee and Georgia – the only one I’m familiar with is WNDB. They kept their licenses under so many names that I never spotted them on my “Biggest radio owners” list. Mainly they owe money to Arbitron, BMI and ASCAP…. (and their “banker” GE Capital)
According to this story about a week ago, GE Capital tried to seize the company for non-payment of money due on the loans, and the company instead filed for bankruptcy.
