Red Cross has its first 1 million meals for Haiti stuck on the ground in Miami. The population of Haiti is 9 million. That’ll last about an hour. The airport in Haiti has no airplane fuel. You can’t fly in unless you can fly out without refueling.
Border guards at the Dominican Republic shoot Haitians on sight (that’s why there is still a D.R.) They aren’t going to facilitate saving Haiti (except maybe if Haitians all want to leave and not come back)
