Embarrassing radio web site of the day… I’m considering adding this as a new feature (will I get sued?)…. The two contenders so far today are one that says “coming soon” with a copyright date of 2006 (it’s the page for an entire radio group of 6 stations)…. or the one that still lists Bill O’Reilly’s Radio Factor on their program schedule (his radio show ended in February 2009)… and I don’t want to tell you how many stations still are broadcasting Paul Harvey every day….
Another contender would be the radio station that uses a .pdf file for their program schedule…. it’s one page long and is a 5.4 MB download….
Here is the First Nomination… tell me what you think (the station used to be running Music of your Life / Nostalgia)
I suspect you’re talking about a NC station for the “coming soon.” I’ve looked through the websites of all the news/talk stations in this state and probably 1/3 would qualify. Most of them look like 1998 Geocities/Angelfire web pages.

One big problem I see on a lot of sites that otherwise look nice, is burying the programming schedule. That ought to be the easiest thing to locate!
A sub-species of these web sites is “Streaming coming soon!” websites….. Because I visit every web site, typically every six months or so, I record that information – and some have been “coming soon” since 2008…
