Lee Rogers update: Lee is letting it be known that he was taken off the air with no notice, and that Citadel is not going to honor the remaining 4 1/2 months on his contract – such is the nature of being on the stuckee end of bankruptcy. Mark Levin probably also has a bit to be worried about… Hannity already bailed on Citadel and Premiere signs his check – although the peculiar joint syndication deal might have to be revisited. Working for a company teetering on the edge carries risk, and the first thing the DIP is going to ask is “so how can we cut expenses?” – their loyalty is to the debt holders, not loyalty to the people in the plane when it flew into the ground. However, if they don’t change the pilot, it’s likely to happen again.
