NY Appeals court to Federal Reserve – Show Bloomberg and Fox News your records. The NY appeals court has told the Federal Reserve it must disclose information about which institutions have received emergency bailout loans. The Fed could appeal this to the full District court, or eventually the Supreme Court. I guess that’s something, but in a country where now the government makes up the rules as they go along, I’m not sure it matters much.
