Arrest in threats to Rep Cantor (R-VA) – the man who threatened to put a bullet in the head of Rep Cantor says he is a “Son of the god of Enoch”…. and an Obama supporter….
Anyone have an idea what his self-description means? Is he a follower of Elizabeth Clare Prophet?
Islam?
Oh, and he’s gay and mentally ill.
I will be watching the news tonight to see how this is covered; I bet it won’t be the lead story even though this is clearly the most serious threat of all the ones I have heard played ad infinitum over the past week. The “threats” aimed at democratic legislators were much more innocuous and vague than the ones reported by Cantor.
I’ll stand by to hear Ms. Pelosi or Mr. Reid vociferously rebuke this Obama supporter for coarsening the process of our democracy, etcetera.
Lets see…just the high profile Obama supporters who have made the news lately – but only if one works to find coverage: Amy Biship, Joseph Stack and this Muslim fellow against Cantor.
I love the irony that the only arrest after the “threats” against congress is for a threat against the opposition party. Watch how fast these stories are killed. Seems to lend creedence to the conspiracy theory that perhaps the “threats” to democratic leaders may have been planted by their own side.
Didn’t make the first 20 minutes of the network news…I tuned out after that. The suits are probably saving it as the lead story for the morning shows.
