“We’re totally legit!”… Hearing that in a radio ad makes my skin crawl. The current one making the rounds offers free electronics because they know you’re such a wonderful person… When you read the details to qualify for the “free camera” you have to buy something around $5000 in merchandise… The camera is a very low end dslr camera that retails for about $540. DSLR cameras are not point and shoot cameras – they assume you are experienced in photography – and by the way you will need to buy lenses. This particular camera has already had 2 recalls by the manufacturer. Did they ever say your “free” electronics were “new” and not refurbished?
Assuming you aren’t disqualified, the company is still in business, and you actually do get the camera some day…
