The Irish real estate bubble – Ireland has approximately 380,000 vacant housing units, in a country with a population of only about 6 million people (a bit over a million of that is in Northern Ireland). Irish fertility rate is basically break even, so it will be about 2060 when that housing is actually needed.
That’ll work out nice once the Muslim immigrants arrive to fill them all. Or maybe Rush Limbaugh could lead an exodus of a million people or so from the United States : ) Maybe John Galt is over in Ireland.
